      Good money for Madrid - both salary and other stuffs good Not too intense Company did some good deals in the past - lives off the profit now

      Cons

      No leadership - no one knows where its going No control, no one bothers with budgets or plans Competitors catching up fast - future not looking good Staff unhappy
