Pros
Interesting and challenging work, not too shabby compensation. Good internal mobility, so you don't have to leave the company when you want a more exciting position.
Cons
Probably less dynamic than, say, Google. But then again, that's Google. Also, as a developer, please let us work with laptops instead of desktops!
