Do not apply for WEC position - Anonymous employee Amadeus Employee Review

Bad management, very political, management-centered HR department. Do not apply for WEC (Working experience contract) unless you are desperate or do not have another choice and want to be in Madrid. It is a one year contract paying very little and the management is taking advantage of unemployment rate. There are no benefits with that contract either. Almost never will they offer a full time position the second year and HR will fight for that not to happen.
