      Pros

      The region is amazing, and the site offers several services. Attractive salary and overall conditions. Very good balance work/private life. The canteen is simply superb.

      Cons

      If software development doesn't passionate you, you can find it a little annoying and maybe not challenging enough as far as stimulus is concerned. The company structure is quite rigid and hierarchical.
