Great learning environment to build a good base of fundamentals
Cons
Pay raises are really tough to get. Only way to really get a raise is to get promoted. Expect raises to be under inflation rate (1-4%). Also really depends on your team. I've had good managers, and bad managers. Bad managers can really ruin the whole team, so make sure you join a team with a manager that has a good vision, but also understands the technical decisions need to ensure that vision scales.
