Cons
A modern form of slavery leaded by incompetent inadequate and unqualified "managers". Their micromanagement keep us from working in a peaceful environment. This toxic workplace makes you feel uncomfortable unappreciated and undervalued. Intense pressure to get short term results. Their answer to every problem, every setback is "work harder!" It is well-known that people don't leave bad jobs, they leave bad bosses, the situation is eloquent, the office is half empty, they are pushing best employees to flee and the remainder to lose all motivation. Mobbing became commonplace, forcing people out through humiliation, symptomatic of an organisation that thrives on billying behavior and control. There is no enthusiasm, everyone around me is miserable, trapped in a toxic workplace. Meetings are just a waste of time, they do not really care about your opinion. Pervasive lack of communication. Lies. The atmosphere in the office is constantly tense and filled with stress. The shame doesn't belong to me but I still experience it because I'm part of this company. It is impassible to imagine myself working there for long, since complete, unquestioning obedience is cherished above all other employee qualities. Until the corporate culture changes, the situation will not improve.
