Pros
Not a lot of politics. A good environment for solving problems and building cool things. Great internal tools, both for deploying and building services and for data storage, etc.
Cons
For a tech company, there is a large business side. This means you spend more time than you'd want trying to convince and work with the business instead of just creating cool products.
