      Amazon makes way to empower people to contribute and share Ideas that will help not just the people but the complete process. This made it easier for us to do our task. Guided by the Amazon Leadership Principle, we are working hard but having fun at the same time with people who you will truly trust and respect. Amazon has a perfect environment for those people who are tired of typical company that gives unfair treatment/process/management. There are always room for improvement and leveling up your skills.

      Pros

      Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

      Cons

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
