Pros
Since it is a relatively new company in Germany and also a tech company, the average age of its employees is around 33 years old. This makes it easier to have people in your team with whom to organize team afterwork events or dinners if you want to. The company also organizes a Summer party with free dinner and drinks and the Oktoberfest with some free beer and food. The buildings are organized and furnished to give a young, flexible and cool feeling. Depending on your boss, you can normally work from home at least once a week and organize your holiday as you want. You can normally come to and go from the office when you want to, no need to check in or count your hours somewhere. You get the MVG monthly ticket for ~5€ (probably depending on where you live) as an Amazon employee.
Cons
The payment is not very high and there are not many benefits. A lot of people work too many hours a day and you don'T get them paid or as free time, but if you organize yourself and don't stay extra hours, you will not have the issue; but I never had any colleague/boss who told me to stay longer, but rather the opposite.
