      Pros

      I transferred from MDW4 in joilet Illinois to Monee. MDW4 IS TRASH! Im currently in stow. Stow is much cooler. Amazon is still boring and horrible and a crappy place to work. But Monee is better than 4 and im thankful for that. Stow works from 7am-5:30 im on donut shift. Mon Tue Thur Fri I make 15.90 but I've been here for 2 years. Get in and get your money and get out

      Good managers, huge focus on safety and making sure you're doing well.

      You have to get your own lunch as free lunch is rarely provided.

      Pros

      Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

      Cons

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
