      Pros

      Very upfront about expectations. Things move very fast. Amazon places a lot of emphasis on promoting from within. If you want to advance in ranks, there is definitely opportunity to do so. You have to make an effort though and let the right people know that you are interested in growth and opportunity.

      Cons

      Everyone is placed in categories. There is a separation from warehouse employees (Tier 1) and upper level (Tier 3 and above). At times, people in Tier 1 are "stuck" and it's difficult to advance.

      Pros

      Cross training that helps for faster growth and more experience.

      Cons

      Sometimes you gotta hurry and find equipment or pit equipment before others snag them and leave you with the “bad” ones. That take forever to get repaired.

      Pros

      Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

      Cons

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
