Pros

Internal opportunities Learning Career growth Fantastic peers and senior people to learn from Your CV will receive much more attraction and exposure to other companies Highest standards, great training for future jobs

Cons

There is no such thing as work life balance Promotions are often decided based in personal affinity Too 'political' office environment They use abstract concepts as 'visibility' to deny opportunities You might feel the 'impostor' syndrome, and not everybody will try to help you; you need to be proactive looking for support and getting alliances before burning out Salary is okay, but if you compare it with the number of hours worked.. there are places with way better compensation Culture is overall good, but from time to time you see some peers haven't been treated in the way they deserved. Some decisions are not properly communicated

Pros

Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

Cons

You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
