Pros
It's a good company to work if you fit in a right team, but also there are plenty of opportunities in different teams and communication with managers if something doesn't fit you, so I think even if it has some problems as all companies that have people have, is a good place to work and develop yourself as you want.
Cons
They should go to a more equal pay basis worldwide, as the salaries per region differ too much and the job is the same.
