Pros
I can highly recommend working in the AWS Organization, they preach in principles which you as a person can relate to, and which you believe, such as, if the service isn't the right fit for the customer, then tell them no. Colleagues are also fantastic to work with across the world and they organise fantastic functions for the entire team to join or get a long with.
Cons
Depending upon the team you are in, it can be quite difficult to get a promotion, plus, learning in depth skills related to customers can be tough and hinder your promotion process.
