      Pros

      From the online assessment to the virtual interview and then eventually the Day 1, all happened quite smoothly. I used to get regular updates through mails during the hiring process. I received the Amazon Laptop and other accessories way before the Day 1. The work culture is great. Amazon really takes care of their employees. Everybody in the organization has been super kind and helpful. The manager, trainer & supervisor are great. I really do feel confident that I can succeed and reach greater heights at Amazon.

      Cons

      Compensation could be a point of discussion. Although for freshers it's good enough.

      Pros

      Cross training that helps for faster growth and more experience.

      Cons

      Sometimes you gotta hurry and find equipment or pit equipment before others snag them and leave you with the “bad” ones. That take forever to get repaired.

      Pros

      Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

      Cons

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
