Pros

1) Risky RSUs if you can survive the vesting period. 2) Work for the leader in the cloud computing industry.

Cons

1) Work hours are 90+ hours excluding weekends. Sr. Management will work you to death. 2) Constant data grinding producing meaningless reports (if you look at the big-picture which you never get to) 3) The expectations are unreasonable and your manager will always put you down every time to survive. The director will make unattainable promises without consulting anyone and you will be working to fulfill that. You will have no time to fix data or process. You will be building "bridges" to nowhere constantly chasing your tail. 3) There is constant mental harassment everyday. People are used and thrown out until there is no life left. 4) There is constant backstabbing at all levels to survive. 5) Only people out of Seattle will take this job for lack of inside information. 6) Within my tenure, almost all people who joined quit voluntarily or involuntarily. This is hunger games live! Beware!

Pros

Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

Cons

You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
