      Pros

      - Allows you to really use your skills to solution. -Leaders trust they hired the right person, no micro managing. -Lost of information to learn an opportunities. -All of the leadership principles are real and practiced.

      Cons

      -If you are not a self-starter you will struggle, there is no hand holding, which I enjoy, but not everyone does. -Lost of undefined fast moving parts, if you do not like consistent change not for you.

      Good pay Clean facilities Safe environment

      Cons

      Even though I had a bachelor's, I was never considered for management position. Hopefully you live nearby or tolls across the bridge will kill your income.

      Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

      Cons

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
