- Internal compensation for promotion isn't great. Many people find it better to leave the company and "boomerang" back in as an external applicant with Amazon experience for much better pay. - Sites throughout the network can vary drastically and some are known to be terrible to work at... There's always the chance of getting stuck at those locations.
