Pros
I work as a Content Manager in a compliance team and find the work challenging and interesting. The tasks I work on are very varied and my contributions are highly valued. I learn something new here every day! On the HR side, I am very happy with my salary, which is above-average for Luxembourg and have normal working hours.
Cons
My team is spread across the world, with most people in the US, so I have to be flexible about my schedule. I often work from 10-7 (with a 1-hour lunch break), which works very well for me, but clearly would not be ideal for a person with small children.
