Pros
Benefits are excellent, as is the chance to really build and broaden your skillset. Unlimited access to free training courses, and frequent opportunities for passion projects and stretch goals. Support is readily available for problem solving.
Cons
Pay is not competitive for the level of skill and performance required. Raises do not match inflation, and new hires typically make more than the tenured associates training them. You are very much a cog in the machine, with little to no choice about which department you're moved to at a moment's notice, and limited upward mobility.
