Pros
Benefits and wages as a starting role are pretty fair.
Cons
The training is intense and very rushed, and as soon as you move fully into the role you're unskilled into other aspects when still trying to get used to handing normal cases that would relate to the initial training. There are far too many kpis to keep track of and some of which are extremely unfair.
