Too many manual tasks overwhelming your possibity to add value to the company. Too many people not coming from digital/ecommerce. Bad project management at all levels. No clear idea about where the company is headed. Feeling like you are in a sect instead that in a company: you have to adapt or die, your creativity is not needed. No profits in 20 years. No good reputation when trying to cheat national law about taxes. Poor in-house tools.
