Pros
The office is comfortable and employees are allowed to work from home two days a week. They offer better health insurance plan options than other places I've worked.
Cons
Employees are rated against each other, which fosters an anxious environment. They only rate a small portion of employees as top talent each year, and if you're not top talent, you will receive an annual "raise" that is less than inflation rates. The company motto is "work hard, have fun, make history," and they offer plenty of fun outlets, but there is no time to enjoy them. I do NOT recommend this place for anyone neuro-diverse, with caretaking responsibilities, or really for any non-workaholics.
