      Pros

      The only pro I can think of is getting wfm bonus

      Cons

      Getting leave isn't easy, after moving to new half baked software , they expect the performance to go up even when you do not have enough support and access. The new shift system is ridiculous, , earlier it was also an employee centric company but now it's just giving excessive workload without a minute to rest .not an employee centric company at all

      Pros

      AWS has one of the most fun and interactive assessments upon applying and if you pass they almost instantly give you an interview with the recruiter.

      Pros

      Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

      Cons

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
