      Shady practice from start to finish, contest was so misleading compared to the interview information. Told have public holidays off, then told no actual right to them off. Told weekends were flexible then told no set In stone unless you could swap with a team member. Told latest hours would be 7-8 then told nope 10pm. Disaster from start to finish

      Pros

      AWS has one of the most fun and interactive assessments upon applying and if you pass they almost instantly give you an interview with the recruiter.

      Pros

      Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

      Cons

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
