The work culture has become toxic, with no regard for employee well-being or realistic goal-setting. Communication is a mess, and concerns are ignored, leading to a workplace that feels chaotic and exhausting. Managers who genuinely care about their agents are the ones who suffer, while those who just comply with the whims of upper management get all the credit.
