Pros

Free coffee, wifi and parking.

Cons

While it used to be a great place to work, it has now turned into a complete disaster. The “It’s Always Day 1” principle is constantly thrown around, but it’s become nothing more than an excuse for inconsistency. They roll out new tools and processes without proper planning or training, and then expect employees to deliver results at an unrealistic pace. When a foreigner was in charge, the work environment was much better—structured, supportive, and collaborative. But ever since a Filipino took over management, everything has gone to garbage. The work culture has become toxic, with no regard for employee well-being or realistic goal-setting. Communication is a mess, and concerns are ignored, leading to a workplace that feels chaotic and exhausting. Managers who genuinely care about their agents are the ones who suffer, while those who just comply with the whims of upper management get all the credit. As an employee, you don’t matter as a person—they’d rather replace everyone with new hires who don’t know the culture and won’t push back. Good luck to anyone who decides to work here; you’ll need it.

Pros

Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

Cons

You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
