      High Salary Good opportunities for growth A lot of smart, competent engineers to learn from You get a high degree of ownership from the projects you work on

      Cons

      If you are not doing well, you will not be told until its already in writing for HR Top level management makes unpopular top down decisions that are not supported by data Managers must fire a certain amount of people every year to meet a quota, and stack rank other engineers against each other, which does not breed a great culture

      Pros

      Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

      Cons

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
