Pros
This job is really cool cause with the company culture you can do as much as you want and take on as much responsibility as you want as long as it is adding value to the company. I did a lot of stuff that was outside of my job description just cause it interested me and cause they give you a long leash.
Cons
It's a burn out job. Most people don't last more than a year or two with all the travel and long hours
