Pros
I really love Amazon Leadership Principles and how they guided my everyday work. I felt I was an owner and that my managers and stakeholders trusted my experience to make my brands grow.
Cons
I consider that the culture has shifted and that employees are not as valuable as they were. I can understand the business is fast moving and high quality results are expected but certain values where not prioritized, like career growth and work-life balance.
