Good long term company to live with and its best and i personally love the company except the operations management and HR part
Cons
They don't value experience and they failed to identify talents who are good with knowledge rather they focus on new comers and give L3 job to L2 and they don't support career growth for L3 later they keep assessment where in for the other roles or any levels they dont keep assessment and they tell they are not biased which is untrue maybe they can show it off to the world like it and those who spend a lot of time in that organisation wont.
