      Pros

      - FAANG pay (not the best though) - Excellent tooling - Potential to work on interesting things

      Cons

      - Keeps trying to pretend it's still a start up and managing like people are there for anything but the money - You probably won't work on interesting things - Difficult to get promoted and move up - Unless you consistently get top 5% reviews your pay will quickly become peanuts - Typical clueless obsession with AI from upper management

      I got paid weekly, there was a $2 premium for night shifts.

      Cons

      The only con was the 2 hour commute to and from work.

      Pros

      Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

      Cons

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
