    Pros

Work on real problems in real time
    Work with very intelligent people
    Very good pay

    Cons

Some have bad experiences with work-life balance. I did not have any problems with this, working 7-8 hours a day.

    Advice to Management

The frugality can scare people away at times, but it seems this is becoming more lax.
