great environment..great people...it maybe w/in the US or an outsourcing company...American Express is a big company...one of the largest and one of best well known credit card company in the US. i always smile every time I hear card members says they love to be with American Express...because they love the service that they always got. but it is so frustrating if you hear them say, American Express is going down especially with the economy right now. i just hope, management would listen to the opinions of their card holders. i hope American Express will continue to provide the extraordinary customer care not only for their customers but also to their employees.

the metrics that we have to meet especially TBASS which is a survey for customers that cannot be controlled... and the employee suffers even if it's not her/his call
