Cons:
Promised growth opportunities never materialized. during my tenure, there was no meaningful career advancement.
Bureaucracy kept increasing despite claims of trying to reduce it, making processes slow and frustrating.
Workload kept increasing with the mindset of “doing more with less,” which led to burnout.
Management was inconsistent and unclear with expectations. They would say one thing but mean another, often holding employees accountable for uncommunicated goals.
Raises were frequently promised but not delivered during my tenure.
