Pros

AB is truly a company built from it's people: passionate, independent, and entrepreneurial employees. It isn't a surprise that these kinds of people flock to a company that allows you to own every aspect of your success and growth. It doesn't matter what/where you studied, if you have the drive and skills to learn quickly, you'll progress through this company. For a brand this large, it's incredible how lean they are and how much time they dedicate to hand selecting new employees and trainee program classes.

Cons

If you are not mobile, this company can seem fast paced for the wrong reasons. AB wants you to experience many different sides/departments/locations, and that often comes with moving. Additionally, the Type A persona that drives this company can sometimes come off as insensitive/high-strung for individuals who don't have thick skin. Be ready to roll with the punches, and meet some big personalities along the way.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for recognizing our benefits and culture. We’re proud to foster an environment where colleagues can build meaningful careers and enjoy working together. We also appreciate your comments regarding work-life balance and weekend work. While certain roles may require schedules that extend beyond traditional business hours, we recognize the importance of balance and are continually looking for ways to support our employees while meeting the needs of our business. Thank you for being part of the Anheuser-Busch team.

Pros

Free beer and decent salary

Cons

They have completely expunged meritocracy from their culture and replaced it with DEI. Anyone who is reading this, I would highly encourage you to read Anson Frericks book “The Last Call for Bud Light.” From diversity dashboards to racist rhetoric, it is a toxic culture from top to bottom. Management pretends like they want feedback and then does nothing when they receive it. Stay away.
