Pros

Lots of opportunities for personal growth and the company values (even if not fully acted upon) lead to employee engagement and a desire to stay.

Cons

Overall, it is broker company mindset where margins are key. If you're in another group, investment or compensation to your group is likely to be secondary as other groups may be viewed favorably. Technology systems while improving, have serious gaps. Bonus funding is poor. Outdated real estate. Replaced bad coffee delivery with even worse coffee.

Pros

Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

Cons

Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
