      Great collaboration with interstate and and global colleagues.

      Cons

      Absolutely toxic office culture. Bad behaviour gets rewarded and brushed under the carpet. Bullying from senior management locally is horrendous.

      Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

      Cons

      Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
