Overworked and Yelled at. - Hostess/ToGo Specialist Applebee's Employee Review

My managers were incompetent and some didn't know how to do their jobs. My coworkers screamed at me for no reason other than they were older than me and thought they were my boss. They threatened to fire me once because they said the kitchen was too busy and it was my fault for not going on a waitlist, meanwhile, the foh was dead. They refused to pay me for time off I needed to take off because I got hurt in their kitchen, so I needed to get a lawyer. It was overall just a terrible experience, and I worked their for over a year.
