      Pros

      Amazing people, mind blowing products that put us waaaaaaay ahead of the competition, overseas travel, Sweden, California, Germany, to name but a few. New comfortable, well designed offices, regular social activity. Everyone has a voice and is encouraged to use it, making us all feel we are part of the products we develop.

      Cons

      So much social activity, an oldie like me has trouble keeping up with the young ones.. It is a real work hard play hard environment! Not really a con, I know, but there really isn't anything I can fault the company on.

      Good pay For the moment, good fulfillment There was good management

      Cons

      Corporate assimilation Stripped amenities Rules and work policy were changed to align with Equifax, and it was not a good fit The CFC wasn't a typical call center, but after the a question, they tried stuffing a square peg into a round hole
