That means you've been a part of ARM for over a quarter of our existence as a company! An excellent work/life balance at ARM is something we encourage all employees to strive towards, and will continue to do so, even post-Softbank acquisition. As mentioned in other reviews, the base salary is usually in the 75% band, meaning you can expect to make more than 75% of your peers in the industry and region. Once you factor in other benefits such as the annual bonus and the now former RSU program, the total rewards package is quite competitive.
