Pros
Had a really great total comp before they started revoking large parts of my reward package and basically gave me a pay decrease.
Cons
The entire org is a straight up mess! Overly bloated teams, but not the correct resources required to accomplish the work efficiently. US employees get the shaft in career development compared to the UK. Complete uncertainty day to day on what to expect from Softbank for the future of the company. Not knowing at any minute if my job was at risk of layoff creating so much stress that I left for my own mental health.
