Pros
ARM rewards innovation and hard work, and as a company they strive to encourage a good work and life balance. Their is ample opportunity to grow and achieve great things, but you need to be driven and focussed on getting there. The place is chocked full of interesting, quirky, smart people who reflect the sort of technological problems ARM is solving on a daily basis.
Cons
Rapid growth in the past few years have made the workplace a tad crowded in the UK but plans are afoot for new office spaces which look phenomenal.
