Flexible and nice people there

I learned more about accounting and financial statements at Aronson in 6 months than at my previous job at a Big4 for three years. Of course it depends on the group you are in and who you work with, but for a small company it really just means if you apply your self and make an effort, you can really take advantage of being able to see a lot of aspects of each engagement / client / industry, etc. There are lots of changes happening with the business strategy, partner succession and new initiatives which make the Company ripe for a career driven individual.

Manager/Senior level is a little short handed at times - but that's the nature of the public accounting industry, and certainly of a growing company.... i.e. planning for high peak busy season while also planning to mitigate the burden of excess resources at low peaks.
