      - your direct colleagues are good to work with - tons of knowledge gained about tax law - not micromanaged

      Cons

      - poor pay and recognition for work put in - trying to talk to upper management is like talking to a wall - no drive to make programs better, just band aid after band aid

      Pros

      I just started with Ascensus 1 month ago and have been in training for 4 weeks. It has been a great experience so far. The people are great! They really do follow Ascensus's Core Values of People Matter, Quality First and Integrity Always. They do a great job in creating Team Comradery when most of the company is working remotely. The training really helps prepare you for your job and sets you up for success and the Trainers are awesome!
