      Good company with good training and employee communications. Ability to move up and around within the company

      Salaries are on the low side for the amount of plans expected to cover and no bonus structure at all for the non Manager positions.

      Pros

      I just started with Ascensus 1 month ago and have been in training for 4 weeks. It has been a great experience so far. The people are great! They really do follow Ascensus's Core Values of People Matter, Quality First and Integrity Always. They do a great job in creating Team Comradery when most of the company is working remotely. The training really helps prepare you for your job and sets you up for success and the Trainers are awesome!
