PTO(4 weeks first year) and Affordable Benefits. Health insurance was great coverage.
Cons
work hard and no compassion. If you are not in "the click" right away you will not go anywhere. Lots of lying and backstabbing especially from managers they will not support line level employees. Too many people in charge that have slept their way to positions or clearly received positions because of spouse/affair in the office. NOT a friendly place for minorities or gay/lesbian. Why have they fired so many??? (if you are LGBT... stay in the closet, glad I did!) People in Brainerd location stay mainly for the benefits- they are locked into not many other options Dresher location - Treat other locations as scum Fargo - lost in the world.
