Pros
PTO is given up front. You do not have to wait to accrue 8 hours of pto like some call centers give you. However, do not base your pto hours off Webstation which is the software the Call Center uses for you to check availability and submit pto requests. They go off the total hours you have in Workday. The two systems do not sync with each other which gives misleading hours. This job pays ok. I do like the fact they do not micromanage you unless you NEVER show any type of improvement. I love the fact you get weekends off. Also, the customers are okay especially if you seem to know what you're doing. You may have a few who give you a hard time out of like 50 of those who call. But, it is a call center. So, that's bound to happen.
Cons
*Webstation vs workday pto hours *Some of the leaders can come off rude
