A demanding atmosphere that prioritizes the company's interests over its employees. The lack of standards and good, reliable design results in cumbersome procedures and processes. Then some managers and folks are just not technical, and you would have to speak to them in simple, layman's terms for them to comprehend—that is, if they understand it or if they even trust you at all because the smell of distrust reeks here, and bullies are all around roaming resulting to paranoia, blame seekers and back stabbers. Organizational structures are constantly changing and no work-life balance.
