      I can work from home. Some very nice co workers

      Backwards processes that take longer than they should. Lack of interest in solving problems unless it helps the metrics.

      Pros

      I just started with Ascensus 1 month ago and have been in training for 4 weeks. It has been a great experience so far. The people are great! They really do follow Ascensus's Core Values of People Matter, Quality First and Integrity Always. They do a great job in creating Team Comradery when most of the company is working remotely. The training really helps prepare you for your job and sets you up for success and the Trainers are awesome!
