Pros
I really enjoyed my time at AstraZeneca. The culture is supportive, the science is strong, and the people genuinely care about doing meaningful work. I learned a lot and felt valued day-to-day.
Cons
The only challenge was that development could sometimes feel a bit siloed, with teams working quite independently. More cross-functional exposure and clearer pathways for growth would make the experience even stronger. Overall, a positive workplace with lots of potential.
